Lead a 40–50-person operations organization covering SaaS support, customer onboarding, go-live delivery, and operational governance in Barcelona. Drive automation, AI adoption, performance improvement, and scalable transformation.

Description

  • Lead a 40–50-person team spanning Application Support, Customer Onboarding and Go-Live, and operational governance
  • Establish clear operational structures, ownership, and accountability
  • Track and improve SLAs, KPIs, and overall service quality
  • Manage resource allocation and workload planning
  • Move support toward a predictive, performance-led operating model
  • Document, standardize, and improve operational workflows
  • Remove inefficiencies and minimize manual work
  • Develop scalable processes suited to a SaaS environment
  • Strengthen KPI ownership and reporting practices
  • Find automation opportunities across support and onboarding
  • Advance AI-enabled tools and establish measures for their effectiveness
  • Help teams adapt their responsibilities as technology evolves
  • Manage experienced team leaders and support cultural change
  • Explain organizational changes clearly and constructively
  • Foster engagement through results, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate effectively across Operations, Product and Engineering, Sales, and HR
  • Lead transformation initiatives focused on measurable results, structure, and sustainable scale

Requirements

  • Track record managing a team of approximately 40–50 people
  • Experience running an ITIL-based Service Desk operation
  • Background in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, and go-live delivery
  • Knowledge of operational governance, internal processes, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality
  • Experience with resource allocation and workload planning
  • Experience documenting, standardizing, optimizing, and scaling operational workflows
  • Experience applying automation and AI tools, including intelligent ticketing, knowledge automation, and predictive insights
  • Experience managing team leaders and guiding organizational change
  • Ability to work across Operations, Product and Engineering, Sales, and HR
