Digital Employee Experience Engineer – Nexthink (Remote)

Engineer and optimize Nexthink Infinity, endpoint automation, and enterprise integrations for Leidos’ digital employee experience environment. Use telemetry, remediation workflows, and employee feedback to improve workplace technology.

Description

  • Own and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform, including Collectors, Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Alerts, Remote Actions, and role-based access controls
  • Maintain the stability, scalability, performance, security, and integrity of the Nexthink environment
  • Support platform upgrades, feature adoption, continuous improvement, technical documentation, training content, operational playbooks, and cross-functional work
  • Build, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows for endpoint health, application performance, configuration, compliance, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Create reusable automation frameworks, engineering standards, and scalable remediation capabilities that reduce manual support effort
  • Support Nexthink integrations with enterprise platforms through APIs, web services, and automation tools
  • Put DEX insights and remediation workflows into operation in line with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance requirements
  • Create Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and reporting solutions with NQL and platform analytics
  • Monitor digital experience, identify trends and root causes, find automation opportunities, and turn telemetry and employee experience data into actionable insights
  • Design and manage Nexthink Campaigns and employee engagement initiatives to collect feedback, measure sentiment, support organizational change, and improve employee technology experiences
  • Keep current with Nexthink capabilities, automation technologies, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Active Public Trust clearance with the ability to obtain Secret or higher clearance as needed
  • US citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering plus 4–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent relevant experience may substitute for the degree
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering, engineering, and supporting the Nexthink Infinity platform
  • At least 3 years of experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, End User Computing, workplace technology, and/or endpoint engineering environments
  • Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis abilities
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and turning findings into actionable improvements
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with cross-functional engineering and operations teams
  • Hands-on proficiency with Nexthink Remote Actions, Investigations and Dashboards, Campaigns and Alerts, Application Experience and Software Metering, and Nexthink Query Language (NQL)
  • PowerShell proficiency
  • Bash or shell scripting experience preferred
  • Experience designing and building automated remediation and self-healing solutions
  • Experience developing integrations through APIs, web services, and automation platforms
  • Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or comparable products
  • Experience with endpoint management, security, and compliance tools, including Intune, SCCM, or Jamf
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Entra ID
  • Preferred experience or qualifications include Nexthink certifications, Nexthink AI Drive and Adopt, ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/asset management, Splunk or other observability platforms, DEX frameworks, employee sentiment measurement, XLOs, and scaling Nexthink across large enterprise environments supporting more than 10,000 endpoints
