Description
- Process customer orders and recommend products.
- Respond to account inquiries using Uline’s customer service technology.
- Answer questions about products, prices, and shipping.
- Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate Uline solutions.
- Guide customers through Uline’s website and online ordering.
- Provide prompt, friendly, customer-focused service.
- Handle account inquiries using world-class technology
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to learn; training is provided.
- Must pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
- This is an on-site position.
