Customer Success Representative

Manage customer accounts, orders, payments, and delivery concerns for SUNPAN, a global trade-only furniture brand. Partner with internal teams to provide accurate, timely, and seamless customer service.

Description

  • Oversee customer accounts across assigned territories.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer questions promptly and professionally.
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor orders through completion to meet customer needs and delivery schedules.
  • Track orders from entry to delivery, identifying delays early and coordinating resolutions with the warehouse.
  • Follow up on backordered products, pending updates, and other outstanding order items.
  • Collect customer payments by credit card, wire transfer, and cheque.
  • Address customer concerns and conflicts with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Review account records to confirm information is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Take on other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager or management.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in customer service or client service roles.
  • Order management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive customer relationships.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Efficient, detail-focused, and proactive in planning and completing work.
  • Service-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP experience is an asset.
  • Energetic, positive, collaborative, and focused on finding solutions.
