Technical Support Engineer in Singapore (Hybrid)
Provide technical support to Singapore customers using Solace’s event-driven architecture. Resolve incidents, strengthen automation, and support reliable integration infrastructure and agentic AI capabilities.

- Deliver a high-quality customer experience across every interaction
- Increase production efficiency while reducing operational errors
- Advance infrastructure tooling, observability, and automation
- Support Solace Agent Mesh and agentic AI functions, including autonomous decisions, multi-agent coordination, and intelligent automation
- Manage incidents from identification through resolution
- Process service requests and customer provisioning activities
- Partner with regional teams and external partners within a global support organization
- Join the on-call rotation and deliver 12x7 after-hours support
- Create scalable deployment approaches using automation, tooling, and sound engineering practices
- Apply AI/ML analytics, NLP, and predictive analytics when relevant to improve service delivery and anticipate customer needs
आवश्यकताएँ
- Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available
- Bring 5–10+ years of experience in software development, technical support, QA, or a comparable technical position
- Demonstrate strong TCP networking knowledge and practical troubleshooting ability
- Have proven Unix/Linux systems administration experience
- Program in at least one of Java, C, or .NET
- Communicate exceptionally well in written and spoken English
- Show a strong commitment to quality and customer service
- Take initiative and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Be available for approximately one week of 12x7 after-hours telephone support each month
- Maintain emotional intelligence and a calm, empathetic, solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Use a proactive, data-informed approach to problem-solving
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across a globally distributed team
- Experience with JMS, MQTT, AMQP, REST, Kafka, IBM MQ, EMS, WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, Dell Boomi, TIBCO BusinessWorks, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, VMware Tanzu, ESXi, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, GCP, Azure, LDAP, Kerberos, OAuth, SSL client certificate authentication, AI/ML analytics, NLP tools, or predictive analytics is desirable
