Senior Human Resources Business Partner

- Shape people strategy for a business unit as part of its senior leadership team
- Align business-unit and enterprise goals, connecting people priorities to measurable outcomes
- Support annual planning and human-capital budgeting, translating business plans into workforce plans
- Design staffing models that account for employees, AI-enabled work, location strategy, workforce augmentation, and reskilling
- Assess organizational needs and recommend interventions and centers of expertise
- Lead organization design, restructuring, and scenario planning, including spans-and-layers analysis
- Analyze skill gaps and plan for future talent needs
- Spot talent issues early and address them before they affect the business
- Advise and coach senior leaders on talent management, leadership selection, performance, retention, and succession
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for leadership and critical roles
- Advise on compensation and promotion decisions and represent the business unit in calibration
- Lead change management for business changes and People Experience initiatives
- Coach leaders to foster an inclusive, supportive culture
- Support DEIB initiatives and help leaders respond to employee engagement results
- Provide people data, insights, recommendations, and action plans
- Work with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated people solutions
- Co-develop and lead recurring talent processes, including workforce planning, performance and talent reviews, succession, and compensation planning
- Guide managers and employees through complex employee relations matters and investigations
- Coach managers to address issues early and build lasting capability
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 10 or more years of HR experience
- At least 5 years as a strategic partner to executive leaders, focused on organizational design and effectiveness
- Experience leading change management and supporting leaders and employees through change and identity evolution
- Experience leading workforce planning, skill-gap analysis, and future talent planning
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to translate complex business issues into HR implications and HR solutions into business impact
- Ability to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and lead discussions with the business
- Track record as a trusted adviser and coach to senior leaders
- Ability to resolve conflict and introduce disagreement constructively
- Ability to express and advance a strong point of view at enterprise and People Experience levels while remaining open to differing views
- Comfort using people data to diagnose issues and build a case for action
- Adaptability, sound judgment, initiative, and persistence in a rapidly changing environment
- Broad employee relations expertise, including investigations, compensation, benefits, and policy application
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence outcomes at all levels
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Education or edtech industry experience preferred
