Lead people strategy and HR operations for Ford’s Enterprise Technology supply chain and quality teams. Use workforce data, leader coaching, and structured problem solving to improve talent, organizational effectiveness, and employee outcomes.

Translate annual people plans into quarterly actions with clear owners, measures, and review dates.
Align people strategies with business plans, financial conditions, operating metrics, and constraints.
Coach leaders to take ownership of people plans and carry them through.
Partner with Finance on headcount plans, position controls, workforce costs, and business cases.
Work at Gemba to support employees and identify issues at their source.
Use workforce, talent, employee relations, and other data to diagnose issues, recommend actions, support implementation, and assess results.
Assess and develop client-group behaviors, then lead targeted interventions.
Coach leaders on visibility, accessibility, candid conversations, policy use, engagement, and retention.
Create People Action Plans from employee feedback and track countermeasures.
Document case outcomes consistently and escalate significant matters.
Manage performance exits, workforce reductions, and complex accommodations with Legal and relevant centers of expertise.
Apply A3 or PDCA methods and data analysis to HR metrics and continuous improvement.
Track indicators such as regretted attrition, internal placements, spans and layers, engagement hotspots, time to fill, and employee relations drivers.
Work with process owners or centers of expertise to remove waste from people processes.
Assess organizational effectiveness and design related changes.
Lead organizational change from option design and cost and risk assessment through alignment, sequencing, communication, and stabilization.
Develop reskilling and redeployment plans for automation and technology changes.
Support organizational optimization and efficiency goals.
Guide the people aspects of structural changes, workforce optimization, and talent integration.
Lead talent reviews, calibration, and succession planning.
Build succession depth and development plans for critical roles.
Define success profiles and partner on selection for critical roles.
Drive performance management outcomes and coach leaders to address the causes of performance issues.

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Seven to ten years of progressive human resources experience.
Experience in organizational diagnosis or design, complex employee relations, talent and succession planning, and coaching people leaders.
Experience across HR disciplines and client settings, including professional, technical, commercial, manufacturing, or represented workforces.
Demonstrated application of structured problem-solving methods, such as A3, PDCA, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, or an equivalent, to business problems.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
A master’s degree, experience in a center of expertise and shared services HR model, and PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRP credentials are preferred.
