Remote Tier 1 Help Desk Technician (Eastern Time Zone)
Support Darkhorse Tech’s dental clients remotely with hardware, software, network, and imaging issues. Provide phone, email, and chat assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support.

- Deliver customer service through phone and remote technical support
- Guide clients through diagnostic steps to identify and resolve errors
- Coordinate with vendors to request service, share updates, and close open tickets
- Handle and document support requests using established procedures
- Maintain end-user devices
- Train users and help clients resolve common issues independently
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, and network equipment
- Reset passwords, map drives, and create user accounts
- Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting, configuration, and administration for printers, wireless networks, server print queues, antivirus and firewall software, Windows 7 and later, Office 2010 and later, Microsoft 365, Apple operating systems, and related systems
- Build client relationships while supporting hardware, software, peripherals, and specialized dental imaging products
- Provide limited Saturday coverage through an on-call rotation

- Availability to work 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- Availability for limited Saturday coverage through an on-call rotation
