- Strengthen loyalty and retention across National and Vertical Sales accounts.
- Maintain high standards in service delivery.
- Grow revenue directly or indirectly within National and Vertical Sales accounts.
- Work with Directors and Account Executives to support all service lines across North America.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Learn customers’ business objectives and share relevant industry trends.
- Set contract and renewal strategy by finding contract gaps, negotiating pricing and service levels, and completing renewals.
- Investigate escalated service and billing issues to manage customer experience and compliance.
- Handle ad hoc requests, including reports and audits, in line with service level agreements.
- Follow federal, state, and local laws and Iron Mountain policies.

- A four-year college degree.
- Thorough knowledge of Iron Mountain’s services, programs, workflows, systems, and processes across its business lines.
