  • Coordinate questionnaire-related communication between internal eCOA teams and instrument developers.
  • Connect Technical Solutions and Design teams with external translation vendors on development needs and client requirements.
  • Research translation and eCOA requirements, including device layout, formatting, and appearance.
  • Communicate translation and eCOA requirements and timelines to the appropriate internal teams and support their implementation.
  • Provide vendors with English JSON files and screen reports for translation.
  • Deliver translated JSON files from vendors to the Technical Solutions team for implementation.
  • Build questionnaire screen reports by compiling screenshots of each question.
  • Proofread screen reports to confirm required content is present and correctly ordered.
  • Coordinate screen report and JSON revisions between the Technical Solutions team and translation vendors.
  • Work with Lead Project Managers on translation timelines for client communications.

  • 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong localization experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interest in language and research, with a desire to enter the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
