Coordinate questionnaire translations and electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) requirements for Suvoda’s clinical trial technology. Manage translation vendors, JSON files, screen reports, and project timelines.
Descriere
- Coordinate questionnaire-related communication between internal eCOA teams and instrument developers.
- Connect Technical Solutions and Design teams with external translation vendors on development needs and client requirements.
- Research translation and eCOA requirements, including device layout, formatting, and appearance.
- Communicate translation and eCOA requirements and timelines to the appropriate internal teams and support their implementation.
- Provide vendors with English JSON files and screen reports for translation.
- Deliver translated JSON files from vendors to the Technical Solutions team for implementation.
- Build questionnaire screen reports by compiling screenshots of each question.
- Proofread screen reports to confirm required content is present and correctly ordered.
- Coordinate screen report and JSON revisions between the Technical Solutions team and translation vendors.
- Work with Lead Project Managers on translation timelines for client communications.
Cerințe
- 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong localization experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong interest in language and research, with a desire to enter the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to multitask.
