Provide German-language support to mobile and fibre internet customers for a telecommunications provider, handling service inquiries, retention, renewals and sales remotely from Greece.

- Respond to customer calls and emails about mobile and fibre internet services
- Assist with billing, payments, orders, roaming and connectivity issues
- Recommend additional services and contract renewals through cross-selling and upselling
- Manage retention inquiries and help customers continue their service
- Record customer interactions accurately
- Support German-speaking customers of a telecommunications provider
आवश्यकताएँ
- Native or C1-level German proficiency
- B2-level English for training and internal communication
- Customer service, technical support or sales experience is an advantage
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with mobile devices
- Eligibility to work in the EU
- Availability for rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, with occasional weekend shifts
- No overnight shifts
