Customer Service Analyst - Recife (Hybrid)
Support Unidas customers in Recife through service requests, vehicle-related cases, supplier coordination, and follow-up. Manage tickets, documents, claims, maintenance matters, replacement vehicles, and vehicle collection updates.
विवरण
- Open, monitor, and close customer service tickets throughout the service process.
- Request documentation needed to progress customer service cases.
- Apply service standards, identify customer needs, route requests, and track issue resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain duplicate documents and spare vehicle keys.
- Monitor the department control dashboard to support operational management.
- Create and route tickets for claims, preventive and corrective maintenance, vehicle registration documents (DUT), and manufacturer warranties to the nearest approved supplier.
- Confirm supplier visits with customers and arrange new appointments when required.
- Request replacement vehicles from the responsible department when customers need them.
- Contact customers when their vehicles are ready for collection.
- Verify vehicle collection and completion of the requested services.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or another equivalent higher-education qualification.
- Professional experience in customer service, after-sales support, or a related field.
- Experience monitoring requests, deadlines, and performance indicators.
- Working knowledge of customer service tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to interpret information, organize requests, and maintain timely follow-up.
