Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (London, Hybrid)
Support Radiant’s cloud platform, HPC systems, and AI supercomputer fleet from its London hybrid team. Investigate Linux, cloud, hardware, software, and datacenter incidents for customers worldwide.

- Investigate and resolve complex issues across Radiant’s cloud platform, HPC systems, and AI supercomputer fleet
- Deliver prompt, professional, high-quality support to customers
- Manage assigned incidents by collecting logs, metrics, and reproduction details, recording findings, and progressing issues to resolution
- Troubleshoot hardware and software across cloud, Linux, and datacenter environments
- Resolve incidents independently or develop practical workarounds
- Partner with L3 and L4 engineering teams to escalate complex cases and coordinate corrective work
- Work within a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model, transferring tickets across regions
- Coordinate diagnostics and hardware replacements with third-party vendors
- Help deploy AI supercomputers through installation, configuration, validation, and acceptance testing
- Create and improve troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and internal documentation
- Contribute to retrospectives and lessons-learned reviews, recommending improvements to processes, tools, or platforms
- Build expertise in emerging cloud, HPC, and AI infrastructure technologies
- Travel internationally from time to time to support Radiant initiatives, facilities, or industry events
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in computer science or a related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing technical support or cloud operations
- Demonstrated experience with cloud, datacenter, and Linux environments
- Strong Linux systems administration fundamentals
- Knowledge of IT service management practices, including ITIL concepts, is desirable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, including under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and colleagues
- Proactive, curious, and resilient approach in a fast-changing environment
- Willingness to work within 24/7 follow-the-sun support and an on-call rota
- Availability for occasional international travel
- Existing right to work in the role’s country without sponsorship
