- Manage multiple customer segments, including high-value, new, at-risk, cost-reducing, and non-purchasing package customers.
- Meet monthly KPIs and complete team-lead assignments on time.
- Engage customers by phone and business email, from initial contact and qualification through needs discovery, service sales, and deal closure.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with content, sales support, and voice support teams.
- Maintain CRM records in line with internal procedures.
- Use Salesforce, TalkDesk, Triton, and related systems.
- Understand and present the product to support company service sales.
- Monitor category-market developments and customer needs, and propose improvements to customer interactions.
- Participate actively in team processes and share feedback.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, grow revenue, and ensure customer needs are met.
आवश्यकताएँ
- More than one year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English proficiency at A2–B1 level or above.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and the TalkDesk cloud platform.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to use Tableau for basic data viewing and analysis.
- Motivation to earn, develop professionally, and deliver results.
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, energy, determination, resilience, accountability, and integrity.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
