- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales assistance through phone, chat, video, and digital channels
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Advise customers through inbound and outbound contacts to acquire, retain, and expand relationships
- Address questions about deposit accounts, loans, fees, and digital banking services
- Help customers use digital banking tools and other technology-enabled services
- Recognize customer needs and refer them to Loans, Cash Management, Merchant Services, and Wealth Management teams
- Assist with onboarding outreach, follow-ups, and focused sales and relationship-development campaigns
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while resolving and de-escalating customer concerns
- Record interactions, referrals, and follow-up tasks in bank systems and MyPSBT
- Keep current on bank products, services, systems, and operating procedures
- Contribute to team performance through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration
- Achieve or surpass customer engagement, sales, and referral targets
- Comply with bank policies, procedures, regulations, and risk management controls
- Provide information and assistance for audits and examinations when requested
- Maintain NMLS registration or secure and maintain it when required
आवश्यकताएँ
- An associate degree or equivalent experience, along with specialized banking operations training or education
- At least four years of related professional experience
- Proven performance in customer service, sales support, and call center operations
- Strong capabilities in leadership, coaching, and mentoring
- Advanced communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong mathematical ability and foundational accounting knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of banking products, procedures, and digital banking tools
- Skill in consultative selling and relationship management
- Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
- Capabilities in analysis, problem-solving, project coordination, and time management
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and other technical applications
- Ability to resolve escalated customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, and ethical conduct
- NMLS registration or the ability to obtain and maintain it when applicable
- Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Moosic, Pennsylvania
- Availability for a rotating Saturday schedule
- Ability to travel throughout the Bank’s geographic service area
- Ability to sit, stand, speak, hear, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift up to 25 pounds, and use a computer regularly.
