- Previous work as a personal assistant, executive assistant or senior administrator.
- Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 calendars.
- Strong written English and careful attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Reliable laptop and stable fibre internet connection.
- Experience supporting UK-based executives is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Calendly or Notion is an advantage.
- Experience arranging international travel is an advantage.
