- Support the HR Manager with the department’s day-to-day operations and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate HR and cross-functional initiatives to advance transformation, continuous improvement, performance, and consistent practices.
- Contribute to recruitment and absenteeism management.
- Assess training needs and oversee the annual training plan.
- Track and evaluate training programs.
- Help develop talent and plan for succession.
- Manage recruitment and new-hire onboarding.
- Lead cross-functional HR transformation initiatives focused on engagement, inclusion, process improvement, and digitalization.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR data.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
- At least eight years of experience in generalist HR or HR coordination, preferably in industry.
- Fluency in French.
- Strong understanding of HR matters and labor law.
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage several projects at once.
- Business-level English is an advantage.
- Experience with HR systems such as Pro Time or SD Worx is an advantage.
