- Carry out functional and linguistic quality checks using test instructions and cases
- Follow project quality standards, trademark rules, style guides, checklists, and glossaries
- Review, create, and validate metadata for film, television, and music
- Record, track, and prioritize issues, then share clear, actionable feedback
- Meet productivity and quality goals while completing repetitive work
- Use sound judgment in ambiguous situations and escalate risks when needed
- Work with international colleagues across functions
- Ensure content is culturally and linguistically appropriate for the target locale
- Assess the quality of written and spoken content
- Monitor and improve product quality and partner data integrations
आवश्यकताएँ
- Native-level proficiency and cultural fluency in the target language
- Experience with localization tools, bug tracking systems such as JIRA, or content management systems
- Availability to work from 1 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. IST
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, as assigned by management
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks while meeting productivity and quality targets
- Ability to make sound judgments in ambiguous situations and escalate risks when needed
- Clear spoken and written communication in both languages
