Senior Client Services Specialist - Mortgage Collateral (Remote, U.S.)

Senior client services role supporting mortgage trade reporting, collateral operations, loan issues, and document workflows for SitusAMC clients. The position manages reporting accuracy, escalations, document requests, and pre-settlement timelines in a remote U.S. setting.

Tavsif

  • Support trade management and collateral services across multiple client trades and projects
  • Prepare and deliver accurate trade reports according to client schedules
  • Complete ad hoc reports requested by clients and Trade or Portfolio Managers
  • Verify report accuracy and distribute reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
  • Review trade-level reports to track project progress and task updates
  • Escalate issues to Functional, Reconciliation, and Chain teams
  • Coordinate directly with relevant teams on high-priority client deals and tasks
  • Investigate and resolve loan-level issues referred by other departments
  • Identify and correct task-coding and reporting discrepancies
  • Validate assignment chains, order assignments, and Allonges for assigned tasks and portfolios
  • Coordinate urgent and one-off document creation, recording, cancellation, and retrieval requests
  • Retrieve images from custodians and sellers, upload them to CAM, and coordinate pre-settlement timelines
  • Complete other duties assigned by the manager

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least three years of experience or expert-level knowledge reviewing, assessing, and curing mortgage collateral documents
  • Experience as a Specialist I or Client Services Support I is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of mortgage-related documents is preferred
  • Ability to research and resolve escalated loan- or task-level issues
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and entering data
  • Ability to independently write professional correspondence for internal and external clients
  • Ability to conduct web-based research independently
  • Proficiency in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential borrower information, including Social Security numbers
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Fast, accurate data-entry skills
  • Ability to make task- or loan-level decisions after research and within delegated authority
  • Self-motivated approach to researching, questioning, and applying information
  • Ability to independently organize, track, and prioritize assigned work
  • Experience performing quality control and reviewing others’ work
  • Ability to monitor, report, and escalate workflow timelines against service-level requirements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
