Tavsif

  • Assist Affirm’s merchant partners, including e-commerce retailers on a range of platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical and configuration issues.
  • Partner with engineers to address technical and operational problems while providing attentive merchant support.
  • Handle several merchant inquiries at once and prioritize them effectively.
  • Develop support processes that scale and refine workflows using feedback.
  • Keep merchant partners informed about product features and improvements.
  • Collect merchant feature requests to inform future product planning.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering.

Talablar

  • Speak French and English fluently.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
  • Have at least two years of experience in a relevant industry, such as technology, e-commerce, or SaaS, and/or in a similar role.
  • Manage a high volume of requests efficiently and with empathy.
  • Write clearly about technical concepts and instructions in email.
  • Understand complex technical systems and concepts.
  • Take projects through completion and adapt the results as needs change.
  • Preferred: Experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, or familiarity with web development concepts.
  • Preferred: Comfort using logs and structured data to troubleshoot issues.
