Tavsif

  • Act as the main contact for patients, caregivers, referral partners, and branch teams handling nutrition therapy orders and account questions.
  • Process monthly refill requests submitted online and by incoming phone calls.
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and order records to support accurate, timely supply shipments.
  • Maintain current and accurate information in electronic patient records.
  • Handle incoming calls, share order updates, and direct issues to the appropriate department.
  • Help patients with refills, payment processing, and general account questions.
  • Resolve routine patient concerns and escalate complex matters to clinical or management staff.
  • Review accounts with unpaid balances and support payment collection as instructed.
  • Accurately process credit card and other payment transactions.
  • Assist colleagues during busy periods and complex patient service cases.
  • Deliver professional, compassionate, and efficient service that supports a positive patient experience.

Talablar

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • At least one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, home infusion, enteral nutrition, durable medical equipment (DME), or related healthcare support experience is preferred.
  • Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) or healthcare documentation systems is preferred.
  • Previous call center or patient support experience is preferred.
