Field Service Specialist – China (Remote)
Install, repair, and maintain healthcare equipment for Integra LifeSciences. Provide customer training, technical support, and service coordination with distributors.
Tavsif
- Install, repair, test, and maintain equipment onsite in line with procedures and provided guidelines.
- Train customers in maintenance and provide technical support by phone or onsite.
- Support customers through training, knowledge sharing, answers to questions, and technical assistance.
- Develop customer relationships and promote product warranty sales.
- Coordinate with distributor service teams and create channels for sharing service knowledge.
- Work with sales teams and customers to identify technical issues.
- Represent the company positively and help improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with product complaints.
- Handle other related duties as assigned or requested.
Talablar
- Carry out onsite equipment installation, repair, testing, and maintenance with supplied tools and standard procedures.
- Deliver maintenance training and technical support by phone or onsite.
- Provide effective customer service and technical support.
- Build customer relationships and promote product warranty sales.
- Work with distributor service personnel and establish ways to share service knowledge.
- Identify technical issues in collaboration with sales teams and customers.
- Assist with product complaints.
- Take on other related duties as assigned or requested.
