Tavsif

  • Own end-to-end engineering delivery for Moveworks, ServiceNow, and agentic AI across JLL’s internal platforms
  • Design, build, and launch custom AI agents and multi-agent orchestration for ITSM and related enterprise workflows
  • Implement risk-based guardrails, human oversight, and audit logging
  • Lead and develop a blended team of JLL employees and staff-augmentation contractors
  • Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, technical mentoring, hiring, and performance management
  • Coordinate with Vendor & Service Excellence governance on contractor performance, staffing changes, and statement-of-work scope
  • Develop automation and AI capabilities for application teams, including self-service provisioning, developer agents, and API-first integrations
  • Assess vendor and platform capabilities to inform build-versus-buy and investment decisions
  • Work with ESM process owners to align automation and AI delivery with change, release, and configuration-management governance
  • Define and maintain SDLC, CI/CD, source-control, automated-testing, and technical-documentation practices
  • Report roadmap delivery, automation coverage, deflection and self-service metrics, and platform health to ESM leadership
  • Represent engineering priorities in ESM governance forums, including the Platform Release Board

Talablar

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in software or platform engineering
  • Full-stack or backend web application development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent technologies
  • Experience designing APIs and building integrations
  • At least 3 years in technical leadership or engineering management overseeing engineers
  • Hands-on experience building and extending AI agents and multi-agent orchestration
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, Moveworks Agent Studio or Developer Hub, or comparable platform-native tools
  • Experience integrating LLMs, engineering prompts, and implementing retrieval-augmented generation
  • Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting
  • Hands-on experience configuring or extending a virtual-agent or conversational-AI platform such as Moveworks
  • At least 6 years of ITSM experience in a large, matrixed enterprise
  • Working knowledge of ITIL 4 practices, including Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, and Request Fulfillment
  • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI or agentic AI to modernize ITSM operations
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment when applying ITSM, software engineering, and AI governance frameworks pragmatically
  • Experience leading teams that combine direct employees with staff-augmentation or managed-service contractors
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required
  • ITIL 4 Specialist or Managing Professional certification is preferred
  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM certification is preferred
  • Moveworks certification or an equivalent vendor-issued credential is preferred
  • Cloud platform certification is preferred
  • Relevant AI/ML or generative-AI engineering certification is preferred
  • Familiarity with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework or ISO/IEC 42001 is preferred
