Tavsif

  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions about AAA memberships.
  • Provide proactive, personalized assistance and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Support members with clear communication and a friendly, solution-focused approach.
  • Use critical thinking to resolve issues in a non-scripted call environment.
  • Work across multiple systems while listening actively and managing competing tasks.
  • Maintain a positive, adaptable approach in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Complete ongoing coaching and development activities to strengthen performance.
  • Complete approximately four months of fully virtual training.
  • Handle live calls during scheduled Saturday Bullpen shifts.

Talablar

  • Previous customer service experience; recent call center experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and operate computer systems in real time.
  • Flexible, adaptable attitude with a willingness to respond to change.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Residence within the state of Texas.
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions.
  • Direct Ethernet connection to an internet service provider; DSL, satellite, and mobile hotspots are not permitted.
  • Modem and router located in the same room as the computer equipment.
  • Internet service with at least 50–100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Ability to maintain productivity and confidentiality while working remotely.
  • Regular attendance at virtual team meetings and training sessions.
  • Availability during standard business hours, with flexibility for potential shift changes.
