Executive Client Services Specialist
Coordinate personalized private aviation trips for XO clients, managing trip logistics and additional services. Build high-touch relationships while delivering attentive customer support throughout each journey.
Opis
- Act as the main contact for clients after trip confirmation, handling trip logistics, service requests, and in-flight communications.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and executive assistants through clear, professional communication.
- Guide new clients through the XO product, platform, service module, and support team.
- Keep client profiles accurate, including preferences, special requests, and service history.
- Track active trips and coordinate details with internal teams and third-party operators.
- Raise service problems and urgent concerns with leadership, and stay accountable until they are resolved.
- Work with Sales, Operations, and Billing across the client journey.
- Represent the XO brand with professionalism, empathy, and care for detail.
- Arrange additional services such as catering, ground transport, wheelchair assistance, medical clearances, and pet handling.
- Use multiple internal systems and workflows to manage trips accurately in a fast-moving environment.
- Stay composed and professional during high-pressure situations and complex client interactions.
- Take on related tasks and projects that support the department.
