- Serve as the first contact for Turkish-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly with accurate information and practical solutions.
- Listen to customer concerns with empathy and understanding.
- Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Work with teammates and other departments to address complex customer issues.
- Attend training to build product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Handle complaints and challenging situations with a professional, positive manner.
Cerințe
- Speak and write fluently in Turkish and English.
- Previous customer support experience or experience in a related field is preferred.
- Communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Use computer applications and customer service software proficiently.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
