Mobile Nurse for Workplace Health Screenings

Conduct venous blood draws and workplace health screenings for HealthCaters at company locations across Germany. Event-based assignments may occasionally be available elsewhere in Europe.

Descriere

  • Collect blood samples during workplace health screenings.
  • Guide participants through the screening process with a friendly, supportive approach.
  • Explain the measurements and recorded health values clearly and briefly, within your legal scope of practice.
  • Assist at other screening stations, including blood pressure, body composition, and lung function tests.
  • Maintain a hygienic, professional, and orderly on-site process.
  • Set up and clear the work area and prepare the necessary materials.
  • Work with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals at events.
  • Record relevant work steps according to internal quality standards.

Cerințe

  • Already live in Germany.
  • Hold a nursing qualification or professional license recognized in Germany.
  • Have completed recognized nursing vocational training or a degree, such as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Registered Nurse, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Alternatively, hold a recognized Heilpraktiker or healthcare qualification and be legally authorized to perform venous blood draws in the relevant country.
  • Have practical experience performing venous blood draws safely.
  • Bring a warm, open, and professional manner.
  • Enjoy working directly with people from varied backgrounds.
  • Work independently, reliably, and conscientiously.
  • Be attentive to hygiene, quality, and data protection.
  • Be willing to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments at company sites.
  • A Class B driver's license is helpful but not required.
  • Have a good command of the relevant local language.
  • Have good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in health screenings, preventive care, occupational medicine, or workplace health events is an advantage.
  • Visa, relocation, and professional recognition support are not available.

  • Assignments usually last one to three days and are arranged well in advance.
  • Depending on availability, opportunities may include selected assignments in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, or Italy.
