Temporary Strategic Account Manager, ADAS and Autonomous Driving — Mobileye

Lead strategic OEM and Tier 1 account sales for Mobileye’s ADAS, autonomous-driving, and Radar solutions. Own RFQs, negotiations, commercial strategy, and senior customer relationships across complex automotive engagements.

Descriere

  • Lead commercial engagements with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 customers in the ADAS ecosystem.
  • Own end-to-end sales activities and commercial strategy for strategic OEM accounts.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement, negotiation, and value delivery.
  • Manage the sales cycle from RFQ and RFI review through pricing, negotiation, and execution.
  • Lead commercial discussions with procurement teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer commercial inquiries.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
  • Partner with business development, product, finance, legal, and executive teams to advance deals.
  • Navigate complex and politically sensitive sales environments to maintain deal progress.
  • Lead the sales lifecycle for ADAS and autonomous-vehicle SOC software and Radar solutions.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.
  • At least five years of experience in a comparable high-tech role, including complex deal structures and long sales cycles.
  • Technical sales experience with complex negotiations and value-based solution positioning.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret volume, pricing, and commercial data for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving both hardware and software development.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with strategic, big-picture judgment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for effective communication with global stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of technical business principles in the automotive ADAS and autonomous-vehicle market, with sufficient credibility to engage engineering teams.
  • Experience using Jira and Salesforce.
  • Professional, accountable, and able to collaborate cross-functionally while independently driving results.
