Senior HR Director, Integrated Electronics (Remote, United States)

Descriere

  • Own the talent agenda across five Integrated Electronics manufacturing sites and the IE Program Management function
  • Create and deliver the Integrated Electronics human resources and talent strategy
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, performance management, benefits, compensation, labor and regulatory compliance, recruiting, policy interpretation, and HR program execution
  • Collaborate with the SVP, IE, VP Operations, IE, HR Centers of Expertise, and Global HR leadership
  • Align HR strategies with broader enterprise and business objectives
  • Lead organizational development, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee relations transformation efforts
  • Provide strategic direction for change management, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and talent management
  • Co-lead talent and performance programs
  • Support business growth, margin improvement, acquisition diligence, and integration activities
  • Direct cultural and organizational change initiatives
  • Oversee HR projects, communications, peer collaboration, strategy, core processes, and special assignments
  • Advance talent management and succession planning by developing, assessing, and mobilizing talent
  • Coach HR Managers and promote effective, collaborative team performance
  • Improve and standardize HR policies, processes, and activities to support compliance
  • Track labor market trends and recommend approaches to attract, engage, and retain critical talent
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to anticipate and optimize staffing requirements
  • Travel frequently as business needs require

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience across the full range of HR disciplines in manufacturing
  • Experience supporting multi-state or multi-site operations
  • HRCI or SHRM professional certification is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of U.S., New York, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Colorado employment laws and their HR implications
  • Manufacturing industry experience is required
  • Substantial employee relations experience
  • Strong business judgment and executive presence
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities
  • Professional facilitation skills
  • Accurate attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • MBA or another advanced degree is preferred
  • Aerospace and defense industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements
  • Ability to identify ITAR-controlled products and understand restricted access for U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents
  • Ability to identify foreign-person visitors and follow required authorization procedures
  • Understanding of export requirements for shipments leaving the United States
  • Ability to manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
