UX/UI Designer, Mobile-First Products
Design mobile-first pension and retirement products at enovetic, shaping consistent digital experiences with Business, Product, and Engineering teams.
Descriere
- Design digital products around a clear mobile-first or mobile-only approach
- Improve products using user feedback, usage data, and new insights
- Create consistent experiences with the existing design system and operating system components
- Understand business needs and develop multiple solution approaches
- Show the impact and trade-offs of design choices, then refine solutions with Business, Product, and Engineering
- Use concepts, user flows, prototypes, and interfaces to validate ideas and support early decisions
- Partner with Engineering, accounting for feasibility, dependencies, and existing components
- Contribute to the design system, component library, and UX/UI standards
- Help deliver a consistent, seamless eplix Suite across applications
- Keep up with developments in UX, UI, and product design
- Assess AI-assisted methods and design-to-code tools to improve product quality, collaboration, or speed
Cerințe
- Several years of proven experience using a mobile-first or mobile-only approach
- Knowledge of the capabilities and limits of mobile-first and mobile-only approaches and their effect on user experience
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or consumer financial applications is preferred
- Experience designing digital products, preferably business applications, administrative solutions, or internal platforms
- Curiosity, empathy, and an interest in understanding business contexts
- Ability to explain design decisions and balance user, business, and development perspectives
- Strong grasp of business contexts and sound judgment
- Confident use of Figma, design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff
- Understanding of technical constraints, feasibility, and dependencies
- Very good German and English skills
- A portfolio showing a clear design process, multiple solution approaches, and the impact of your work
