Descriere

  • Shape the digital experience strategy for MintMobile.com.
  • Find ways to improve the ecommerce journey, customer satisfaction, and business results.
  • Turn business and product needs into scalable ecommerce UX strategies, customer flows, and experience requirements.
  • Work with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams from discovery through development, testing, and launch.
  • Assess UX impact for priority business projects.
  • Define how business initiatives affect the customer experience.
  • Align business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
  • Set and track key performance indicators.
  • Assess digital experience performance, spot gaps, and steer ongoing improvements.
  • Take on other duties and projects assigned by business management.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree and seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
  • Marketing, business, or a related field of study (preferred).
  • Seven to ten years of marketing experience (preferred).
  • A/B testing (required).
