Shape the digital experience strategy for MintMobile.com.
Find ways to improve the ecommerce journey, customer satisfaction, and business results.
Turn business and product needs into scalable ecommerce UX strategies, customer flows, and experience requirements.
Work with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams from discovery through development, testing, and launch.
Assess UX impact for priority business projects.
Define how business initiatives affect the customer experience.
Align business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
Set and track key performance indicators.
Assess digital experience performance, spot gaps, and steer ongoing improvements.
Take on other duties and projects assigned by business management.

Bachelor’s degree and seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
Marketing, business, or a related field of study (preferred).
Seven to ten years of marketing experience (preferred).
