Senior Business Support Analyst - San Antonio Onsite
USAA is seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst in San Antonio to assess complex data, processes, and performance metrics. The role supports operational improvement, reporting, controls, and execution of business strategies serving the military community.

- Assess complex business data, metrics, information, and processes to uncover opportunities for planning and operational improvement.
- Support core business functions and recommend actions that advance current and future strategic objectives.
- Build expertise in complex business functions and their related activities.
- Help define business goals across distribution channels, data use, and process simplification initiatives.
- Provide operational support for complex processes and develop solutions for emerging and ongoing business needs.
- Verify information, collaborate across departments, and present findings, alternatives, and recommended actions.
- Contribute to the planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of updated applications and processes.
- Maintain broad knowledge of business systems, track enhancements and strategies, and identify training and support needs.
- Help create and update departmental procedures.
- Collect information, examine data and trends, determine root causes, and produce supporting work products.
- Act as a resource for colleagues handling routine escalated issues.
- Evaluate reports and recommend enhancements to metrics and reporting controls.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Support the development of policies, standards, risk management practices, and controls.
- Ensure business risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
- At least five years of end-to-end analysis or operations experience, including requirements gathering and documentation, operational planning and forecasting, data analytics, or current- and future-state analysis supporting business planning and operational improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of systems coordination, process and product review initiatives, and management information requirements for related business functions.
- Working knowledge of business operations and business or systems requirements processes.
- Experience facilitating collaboration toward shared business requirements and driving standardized enterprise-wide processes.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL.

- Experience with Member Feedback Analytics, including complaints, is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
