Revenue Reporting Data Analyst
Maintain SaaS ARR and MRR reporting for LevelUp, an outsourcing solutions agency. Build dashboards, reconcile financial systems, and support revenue transformation projects.
Descriere
- Track and report SaaS revenue, including new, upgraded, downgraded, expanded, and churned ARR and MRR.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Check data consistency across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and BigQuery, and investigate discrepancies.
- Verify upstream and downstream data feeds and analyze the root causes of reporting issues.
- Define metrics, refine data models, and develop automated reporting workflows for transformation projects.
- Support Finance and Revenue Operations with forecasts, scenario analysis, and customer retention and churn analytics.
- Work with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Data Engineering to align metric definitions, reporting schedules, and data taxonomies.
- Turn complex financial data into practical recommendations for nontechnical leaders and stakeholders.
Cerințe
- Bring 2–3 or more years of professional experience in revenue analytics, financial data analysis, business intelligence, or SaaS revenue reporting.
- Understand SaaS subscription models and metrics such as ARR, MRR, net and gross retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, and CAC.
- Write complex SQL queries proficiently.
- Have experience with data warehouses such as Google BigQuery.
- Use Excel and Google Sheets at an advanced level, including formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario testing.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards in Looker, Looker Studio, or comparable BI tools.
- Validate and reconcile data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and modern ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Have practical familiarity with Stripe billing settings and transaction structures.
- NetSuite ERP reporting experience is a strong advantage.
- Communicate professionally in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise financial planning is a plus.
