Remote Member Contact Center Representative (Full-Time)
Serve Nuvision Federal Credit Union members remotely across Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Wyoming. Handle account services, transactions, support requests, and relevant product recommendations.
Descriere
- Deliver member support through phone, email, web, mail, and fax channels
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine member transactions
- Review account details and credit or debit card activity
- Assist members with basic online banking questions
- Support deposit and lending products while working toward established cross-sell objectives
- Follow assigned schedules and uphold member service standards
- Discuss member needs, propose solutions, and follow up on pending transactions
- Recommend suitable financial products and services
- Open savings, checking, money market, trust, certificate, and IRA accounts for new members
- Prepare and complete account forms and agreements
- Maintain accounts through updates to addresses, names, ownership, beneficiaries, closures, deceased-member records, and notary services
- Recognize and report suspicious activity or potential fraud
- Complete required training and compliance coursework
- Protect confidential member data and other sensitive information
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and represent the Credit Union professionally
- Handle other related responsibilities as assigned
Cerințe
- At least one year of retail experience with a record of meeting or exceeding service and sales targets
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Professional verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with remote signing and the ability to use and operate a webcam
- Strong follow-up skills
- Effective listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and anticipate member needs
- Strong written communication, including email grammar and spelling
- Member service and organizational capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and contribute as a team member

- High school diploma or equivalent
