Support Helpt clients through inbound helpdesk calls, tickets, and service requests. Troubleshoot Windows and Mac issues on a fixed shift in a 24/7 support operation.

- Provide friendly, professional support to clients and end users.
- Respond to inbound IT helpdesk and product support calls, tickets, and service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to create a positive customer experience.
- Work a fixed shift in a 24/7/365 support operation.
Cerințe
- Communicate effectively by phone.
- Stay organized and attentive to detail.
- Show initiative and an interest in technology and support.
- Previous experience at a managed service provider (MSP) is a strong advantage.
- Bring L1 technical experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Apply strong troubleshooting skills; home-lab experience is also relevant.
- Provide customer-focused service.
- Be familiar with current Windows operating systems.
- Be familiar with current Mac operating systems.
- Be available for a fixed shift that may fall during the day, evening, overnight, weekends, or holidays.
- Complete approximately three weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
