- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Explain warranty coverage and respond to customer questions.
- Deliver high-quality support in a busy call center.

Cerințe
- High school diploma required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least three years of customer service experience, including conflict resolution.
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with vehicle repair shop practices, including labor guides and parts pricing, preferred.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced call center.
