Medisca is seeking a People Operations Systems Analyst to optimize HRIS platforms, workflows, and data across its global healthcare operations. The role focuses on system implementation, automation, reporting, process improvement, and employee experience.

Descriere

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the HRIS to support accurate data, efficient operations, and a smooth user experience.
  • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert for functionality, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and support the implementation and harmonization of a global system across regions and business units.
  • Manage HRIS upgrades, enhancements, and full implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, approval chains, and integrations with other business platforms.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Protect data integrity through recurring audits, testing, and governance practices.
  • Identify and implement ways to streamline and automate People and Culture processes.
  • Map current processes, identify pain points, and design future-state workflows.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across HR systems and Total Rewards operations.
  • Create standard operating procedures and keep process documentation current.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning, reporting, and cross-functional process alignment.
  • Train and assist end users with HRIS tools, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and workflow effectiveness, recommending ongoing improvements.
  • Support planning, testing, and change management for implementations and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and operations.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in HRIS administration, systems analysis, or HR operations and process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, Dayforce, or SAP SuccessFactors, along with HR data management.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering HRIS implementations, system optimization, or process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical ability, including proficiency with Excel and HR reporting or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience mapping processes, designing workflows, and maintaining documentation with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical insights and recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Experience with system integrations and knowledge of data flows between HR platforms is an asset.
  • HRIS or systems certifications, including Workday, UKG, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma, are considered an asset.
