Descriere

  • Lead the adoption of leadership learning after formal programs conclude
  • Create and manage reinforcement through leader routines, practice cycles, check-ins, and application challenges
  • Monitor behavior change at 30, 60, and 90 days
  • Address stalled adoption and redesign reinforcement approaches as needed
  • Facilitate global leadership sessions for first-time managers through senior leadership cohorts
  • Tailor facilitation to regional and cultural differences
  • Develop and mentor an internal facilitator network
  • Create and facilitate peer practice groups, leader circles, and communities
  • Develop reusable tools that fit into leaders’ regular team routines
  • Work with participants’ people leaders to strengthen on-the-job application
  • Select leadership content aligned with defined capability outcomes
  • Develop CSC-specific cases, live dilemmas, and workplace scenarios
  • Adapt centrally developed and externally sourced content for relevant audiences
  • Maintain searchable application resources, including practice guides, conversation starters, toolkits, and reinforcement prompts
  • Use AI to speed content development, translation, and updates
  • Review materials with the Learning Design & Experience COE and incorporate field evidence into future design
  • Deploy leadership journeys, assessments, and diagnostics across the business
  • Turn assessment findings into development actions for individuals and cohorts
  • Connect programs to succession planning and leadership pipeline priorities
  • Coach leaders one-to-one and in groups on specific behaviors
  • Use change consulting methods such as sponsorship, stakeholder mapping, and resistance management
  • Apply AI to personalized practice, application prompts, coaching, role-play, and feedback
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define behavior change and recommend leadership interventions
  • Report progress through measures such as adoption, leadership bench strength, retention, and decision quality
  • Assess behavior change 90 days after delivery and reinforcement sustainability six months later
  • Maintain consistent program quality across at least three regions
  • Expand the internal facilitator network and reduce dependence on external providers
  • Implement at least two AI-enabled reinforcement or coaching innovations each year

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to identify training needs
  • Demonstrated ability to curate learning materials, develop content, and facilitate training
  • Ability to recommend solutions that support strategic business objectives
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Well-developed business acumen
  • Ability to form effective partnerships with senior leaders, P&C Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders
  • Genuine interest in helping people learn and develop
  • Understanding of effective learning and development practices
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Wilmington, Delaware, with three days in the office each week
