Descriere
- Translate legal materials from English into Korean
- Edit legal translations and other legal content
- Use strong legal terminology skills, including knowledge of U.S. legal, judicial, and technical terms
- Deliver high-quality work remotely
- Take on assignments as needed
- Complete security clearance processing, including fingerprinting, if selected
Cerințe
- At least three years of professional experience in legal translation and/or editing
- Native-level written Korean and English
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. legal, judicial, and technical terminology in both English and Korean
- Bachelor’s degree in a foreign language, linguistics, translation, or a related field
- Experience with computer-assisted translation tools; Trados experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- U.S. citizenship
- Willingness to complete security clearance processing, including fingerprinting, if selected
- Generally available on most weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- Available to take on assignments as needed, totaling about 10 to 15 hours per week
