Descriere

  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Support customer evaluations and proofs of concept before contracts are signed
  • Define success criteria with account executives, enable customer data flow, and validate pilot objectives
  • Lead customers from successful pilots to full-scale production deployments
  • Plan migrations from incumbent tools and establish data sources, pipelines, dashboards, and alerts
  • Develop account success plans aligned with goals such as cost reduction, faster incident response, and broader coverage
  • Monitor usage and customer health, responding to early warning signs
  • Assess architecture, ingestion, retention, and query performance while providing hands-on technical guidance
  • Build relationships with engineers and executives and lead business reviews
  • Own renewals or partner with sales while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate support and engineering during escalations and maintain responsibility for the customer experience
  • Share customer patterns and feedback with product and engineering teams
  • Create proof-of-concept templates, onboarding guides, migration runbooks, and training materials

Cerințe

  • At least four years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, SRE, DevOps, support engineering, or solutions engineering
  • Practical observability experience with platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, or New Relic
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, OpenTelemetry, and log, metric, and trace pipelines
  • Able to write SQL, interpret configuration files, and independently reproduce issues
  • Understands how customer success differs from support
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Communicates clearly in writing and conversation with both engineers and executives
  • Commercial awareness or the willingness to develop it
  • Able to organize a portfolio of accounts alongside multiple evaluations and migrations
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in an early-stage environment
