- Serve as a trusted advisor and develop strong customer relationships.
- Enhance the customer experience, increase engagement, and contribute to organic growth.
- Own customer issues and coordinate their resolution through completion.
- Protect existing revenue and identify new opportunities with business development teams.
- Anticipate customer challenges, share effective practices, and recommend journey improvements.
- Deliver post-sale support and manage the transition from acquisition to ongoing account management.
- Monitor industry developments and apply relevant best practices.
- Manage a client portfolio, strengthen long-term satisfaction, and help customers maximize service value.
- Guide clients from onboarding through continued service delivery.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to deepen relationships, support growth, and reduce churn.
Cerințe
- Degree in business administration, legal studies, or equivalent professional experience.
- Background in customer success, account management, or a comparable client-facing position.
- Experience supporting customers and resolving service issues.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong written and spoken German communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and confidence in direct client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Essential experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a related position.
