Customer Success Manager, DACH (Germany Remote)
Drive customer adoption, retention, and measurable business value for BRYTER’s BEAMON AI among legal professionals across the DACH region. Support self-service customers, resolve technical challenges, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
Descriere
- Guide customers toward successful BEAMON AI usage and measurable business outcomes
- Use analytics and customer feedback to sustain stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
- Manage account relationships to support renewals and expansion
- Increase product adoption and usage to strengthen retention and customer satisfaction
- Review usage patterns to identify blocked or at-risk users
- Resolve customer technical issues directly
- Develop trusted customer relationships and uncover growth opportunities
- Represent customer needs internally and share feedback with the Product team
- Create and circulate best practices that improve process quality, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Travel for customer meetings and participate in or speak at international events and conferences
- Offer strategic guidance while maintaining strong operational standards
- Help legal professionals work more efficiently through AI adoption
Cerințe
- Native-level German proficiency or equivalent fluency
- Highly fluent English communication skills
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or MBA degree in business, law, computer science, or a related discipline
- Background or relevant exposure in the legal or legal technology sector
- Calm, patient, and empathetic approach to customer support
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a high-trust environment
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup setting
- Regularly incorporates AI into daily work
- Willingness to travel when required
- Customer support, customer success, or enablement experience in legal technology is a plus
- Experience deploying AI software and supporting AI adoption is a plus
- Experience with Userpilot, Pendo, or comparable product adoption and analytics platforms is a plus
- Experience delivering webinars or training sessions is a plus
- Startup and remote-work experience is a plus
