Descriere
- Enter data accurately and format materials according to business requirements.
- Proof documents and generated reports, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure customer requests are processed correctly.
- Maintain records and prepare, send, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, emails, and reports.
- Uphold strong standards for service quality and operational excellence.
- Complete assigned work promptly while meeting daily productivity targets and maintaining accuracy.
- Provide chat-based customer support when needed.
- Assist local Customer Service teams and collaborate with other departments as required.
- Handle complex or unusual requests and contribute useful best practices.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Accurate, efficient data entry skills using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related computer applications.
- Ability to proof entered information and generated reports, investigate discrepancies, request clarification, and escalate data concerns to supervisors.
- Ability to manage multiple currencies and the requirements associated with international orders.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication in the local language, including telephone-based communication.
- Local-language proficiency plus any additional languages required for chat support.
