Handle complex or unusual requests and contribute useful best practices.

Bachelor’s degree.
Accurate, efficient data entry skills using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related computer applications.
Ability to proof entered information and generated reports, investigate discrepancies, request clarification, and escalate data concerns to supervisors.
Ability to manage multiple currencies and the requirements associated with international orders.
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Professional verbal and written communication in the local language, including telephone-based communication.
Local-language proficiency plus any additional languages required for chat support.
