Senior Partner Development Manager, DACH and Eastern Europe
Grow Snowflake’s cloud data and AI partner ecosystem across DACH and Eastern Europe. Lead systems integrator relationships, joint go-to-market plans, and pipeline development.

- Manage a portfolio of global and regional systems integrators, pursuing goals such as new customer acquisition and consumption growth.
- Help partners execute go-to-market plans through business planning, pipeline development, quarterly reviews, marketing, enablement, and sales support.
- Build relationships across partner functions and help deliver agreed business plans.
- Grow partnerships into new strategic areas, service lines, and industry verticals.
- Develop relationships with senior partner stakeholders, including partners and managing directors.
- Plan and run events for and with the partner community.
- Present Snowflake’s partnership proposition to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Align relevant stakeholders on opportunities within joint accounts.
- Report to the Regional Partner Director for EMEA Central.

- At least seven years of experience in channel management, software or services sales, consulting, or business development in cloud or software technology.
- Experience working with systems integrators such as KPMG, EY, Capgemini, and Atos to use strategic influence and drive technology sales through joint offerings.
- Track record of generating pipeline and bookings through existing partners and recruiting targeted new partners.
- Knowledge of cloud technology, AI and machine learning, data, analytics, APIs, and platforms.
- Ability to build, lead, and implement strategy across functions.
- Strong executive sales and business development skills.
- Ability to understand different partner go-to-market and organizational models.
- Ability to create and present business plans, track and communicate program progress, and document program guidelines.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% in some months.
