Descriere

  • Create a brand voice and messaging guide from existing copy, using AI tools to support the process.
  • Establish the tone, core messages, vocabulary, and practical examples of preferred and discouraged usage.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across social media, blogs, newsletters, the website, sales materials, and customer-facing tools.
  • Manage Hauler Hero’s Facebook group for haulers through regular posts, discussions, member welcomes, and responses to questions.
  • Route potential leads and product feedback to the appropriate team.
  • Develop the community into a space where haulers can learn from one another.
  • Produce social media and newsletter copy according to a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Coordinate with the Multimedia Designer on each content piece.
  • Write and edit blog posts, landing pages, and website copy for search visibility and human readers.
  • Interview customers with the Customer Success team and produce case studies, quotes, and short stories for Sales.
  • Build knowledge of the product, customers, and industry.
  • Own written marketing content and the Facebook community while maintaining a consistent voice and reliable publishing cadence.

Cerințe

  • Two to five years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, community management, or brand or agency social media.
  • Excellent written English with clear, natural, persuasive communication and strong sensitivity to tone.
  • Strong spoken English and confidence communicating with U.S.-based teammates and customers.
  • Writing samples covering social media, blog or long-form content, and email.
  • Experience managing an online community or social media channels.
  • Ability to quickly understand a technical or operational industry and explain it in plain language.
  • Practical experience with AI writing tools, including the judgment to revise their output when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and a consistent approach to maintaining a content calendar.
  • Comfort working with Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and social scheduling tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours.
  • Applicants must be based in Latin America.
