  • Own marketing and growth, tracking results against defined KPIs
  • Create marketing strategies for Germany, Europe, and China
  • Turn the strategy into website initiatives, campaigns, webinars, and paid media
  • Coordinate advertising and branding agencies alongside internal teams
  • Manage the marketing pipeline in HubSpot
  • Promote the company’s complete portfolio of services
  • Improve the company’s visibility in AI-powered search
  • Coordinate marketing strategy and roadmaps with company, product, and sales plans
  • Build and maintain a WordPress site with AI-assisted content management to present the full service portfolio
  • Oversee Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising, directing budgets by cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
  • Run webinars from initial planning through lead transfer in HubSpot
  • Direct agency and advertising or branding specialists, overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality
  • Establish a repeatable marketing process with roadmaps, briefs, templates, reviews, and dashboards
  • Put Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives into practice

Cerințe

  • Bring several years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in consulting, industry, or professional services
  • Show a track record in marketing strategy, campaign management, lead generation, and performance marketing
  • Have experience managing agencies and external partners and holding them accountable for outcomes
  • Use AI tools in practical marketing, content creation, and automation work
  • Have worked with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
  • Be fluent in German and English
  • Chinese is a plus, but not required
  • Bring an entrepreneurial outlook, strong prioritization, and a high level of ownership
  • Have professional experience leading marketing and growth
  • Be skilled at designing and delivering digital B2B campaigns
  • Apply strong analytical skills and use common marketing and analytics tools with confidence
  • Work independently and systematically, with the ability to think beyond established approaches
  • Have excellent written and spoken German
