- Make incremental product decisions grounded in user testing and business and technical needs.
- Identify the most effective ways to advance company goals.
- Build deep expertise in customers, ecommerce, email design, and AI-assisted content creation.
- Co-lead product discovery and support delivery by framing problems, researching them, and sharing findings.
- Use product metrics and user research to guide decisions and experiments.
- Lead AI and MCP product decisions for content creation in the email builder and AI assistants.
Cerințe
- At least three years of product management experience at a user-focused technology company, with examples of products you have shipped.
- Practical experience taking AI- or LLM-powered product features from discovery through launch.
- Regular use of AI tools at work and an understanding of MCP and AI agents.
- A data-driven approach and ability to work independently with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, or Chartio.
- A strong customer focus.
- Skills in user research and user testing.
- Ability to explain product decisions and their rationale to peers and stakeholders.
- Ability to see the broader context and understand how decisions affect the future.
- Strong organization, a collaborative approach, and a clear sense of ownership.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams.
- Experience setting team goals and planning for both short and long-term objectives.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
- Experience with email builders, design tools, or content creation products is helpful.
